Payment Authorization Process
Upon order placement, an authorization request is sent to your payment method. The final charge is captured at the time of order.

After Successful Payment
You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, order details, amount paid, and shipping information. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder. If it’s still missing, contact us.

When Payment Is Declined

Bossyeshop will never ask for full payment details via email, SMS, or phone. Avoid completing transactions on public or unsecured Wi‑Fi. Keep your confirmation email as your receipt.
